Your service will be performed after a detailed consultation by a licensed stylist and overseen by an instructor. Please allow plenty of time as this is a learning environment.
AHD Academy
We’re excited to announce our AHD Academy! We have been working very hard to create and implement a structured training program for our Rising Stars joining the Asheville Hair Design Team!
We are looking for hair models for all lengths for All Over Color and Foil Highlights and Blow Dry Styles.
Our rising stars are closely supervised by Tricia to refine their technique to our very detailed standards.
The best part? All models will receive 20% off of your services and 10% off of your product purchases the day of your appointment!
Please understand that these appointments are education based, so there will be lots of questions to be asked and answered. These appointments may take a bit longer as there will be teaching involved. Our goal is to refine technique and timing. All our rising stars are licensed Cosmetologists whom we are teaching the Asheville Hair Design way of doing hair. We do have a few restrictions, this is open to all of our clientele, past, present and future. Cancellation Guidelines
We require that all appointments be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time (for cutting/styling) or 72 hours (any appointments including hair color) before the start time.
If proper notice is not given and the appointment slot cannot be filled, a fee of 50% of the failed appointment will be charged to your credit card on file.
Same-day cancellations are nearly impossible to fill and will be considered a no-show.
No-Shows will be charged 100% for their failed appointment.
As a courtesy, you will receive a Confirmation Email and Text 2 days before your appointment, and a Reminder Text the day before your appointment. We will also call the day before in the event you do not confirm through email or text.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.
