What forms of payment to do you accept?

Asheville Hair Design accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

How early should I be for my appointment? 

10 to 15 minutes is perfect! We want you to have time to get a hot tea or glass of wine with us! Along with checking out what new items are on the client shelf! 

How early should I be if I am the first appointment of the day or a 1 pm appointment? 

If you are the our opening appointments, 10am, or our first appointment after lunch, 1 pm, We ask that you are just on time! This allows us to make sure the salon is in tip top shape, and for our staff to be fueled for the day!

Do I have to book a consultation?

Consults are not required, But highly recommended! This will allow time for you and your stylist to get to know each other and you hair! 

I don't know what to book!

Give us a call or email and we are alway happy to help! 

How can I cancel my appointment? 

We accept cancelations 48 hours in advance. You can contact us via email at appointments@ashevillehairdesign.com, or call us and leave a voicemail at (828)-274-4006. For more info about our policy click here!

What if my stylist isn't available?

One of the great things about going to a team based salon is that we are here to work with your schedule, With that in mind, we encourage you to try another stylist if yours isn't available for the day/time you are looking for!
